I do have insurance its just really still expensive. I need to learn to control my eating habits first, I’m horrible at it and its hard to figure out whats good for me and whats not.

Any fellow diabetics out there I need help! How do you control your eating? Any tips or tricks? Also is there a cheap way to get insulin, I tried going to pills alone but my numbers are outrageous however I’m having a hard time affording the $75 a vial for Humulog and $75 for Levemir each 3 weeks. So please send me so help that you use each day and how I can get back under control
